Parties, and similar social events, may be booked up to 7.30pm by non-regular users. Regular centre users and members of the church community may book up to 9.30pm, either for themselves or for a group they are willing to vouch for.
Party booking times must end no later than 15 minutes before the next booking, if there is one in the calendar. (NB. Due to the number of regular groups meeting in term time, there is likely to be more availability during school holidays).
Hirers must allow enough time within their booking period to set up and clear up as required. We recommend allowing a minimum of 30 minutes clear-up time after guests leave. Clearing includes stacking furniture, tidying and cleaning, washing up and dealing with any rubbish.
All party bookings must meet our terms and conditions. Please note in particular:
- No alcohol is allowed on the premises.
- Children must be adequately supervised by responsible adults at all times, particularly in the kitchen and car park areas.
Rates for parties are:
Meeting Room - £12.50 per hour
Main Hall - £18.00 per hour
Both rooms - £25.00 per hour
Once a provisional booking has been agreed, we ask for payment within 4 days, either by bank transfer or cash, to make the booking firm.
