Church Family Quiz

A Child and Adult Friendly quiz with several teams of three or four gathering on Zoom for a night of brain-teasing.

Sunday Worship - Tea and coffee

Talking to each other, praying for each other, sharing the joys, sorrows and challenges of life, is very important, both before the Sunday morning service and afterwards, when refreshments are served. Someone recently said that “You can be you, without having to pretend to be churchy”. In the Coronavirus era we do this in break-out groups before and after the service, and inside/outside the church building from 23rd May

Church Lunch

Most months there is a bring and share lunch in the Family Centre after our morning service where we enjoy the culinary diversity you would expect in a culturally diverse community. In the summer months we sometimes move to Cherry Hinton Hall for a bring your own picnic. These re-started in April 2021 after being closed for the pandemic.

Tear Fund Quiz

Every November we host a Tear Fund Quiz evening at the same time as hundreds of churches across the UK. Either come as a team of 6ish or make a team on the night. On Zoom in Covid-era. In normal times drinks and nibbles provided.

Sharing Garden Tea

Once a month in the summer months we meet for tea in either the Church Garden or the Manse garden on a Sunday afternoon 4-6pm
