Individual prayer requests are shared in Church Family Whatsapp Group Chat and Church Prayer requests Whatsapp group, or Zoom Prayer group or Sunday morning service depending on the wishes of the person concerned (see Confidentiality guidelines).
Church Activities are advertised in the Sunday morning service, Church family email, Posters (with consistent style and footer on church gates, Family Centre gates, Family Centre notice board & shops), Fliers (A5 versions of posters at back of church building, Family Centre, shops), Website, Public Facebook page, Residents Association newsletter.
Outside Activities are advertised in Church family email.
Minutes of church members’ meetings are shared in the Church family email. .
We tend not to send the same information in the same medium twice (except Church Family Whatsapp Group Chat)
Information is designed for people who aren’t in the know. Surnames are generally used. Three letter abbreviations are avoided.
Contact details (of those wanting to be included) are shared in the church contact sheet on the information table in the church building
Photos (of those wanting to be included) are shared on the names-to-face board near the kitchen in the church building.
